Jeanne was extremely helpful in helping us understand the process, and quickly got us into two units right when we arrived with a full U-Haul.

The ladies I dealt with at Elko Mini Storage were very knowledgeable and helpful. I spoke with Jeanie on the phone and appreciated her getting the process started. She was professional but friendly as well. Tina was in the office the day I went in. She showed me two different size storage units so I could figure out which would fit my needs. She finished the transaction and made sure to explain everything to me. Dealing with this business has been a real pleasure. I just rented another unit after not having one for several months. Tina walked me through the while process and made it easy to understand terms ect. I would recommend this place to anyone needing storage space just on the great customer service alone!!
